About Us

At BGR Partners, we are an experienced team of accountants that will provide expert service and advice for all of your tax and accounting needs. 

Our Team

Established in 1999

BGR Partners - Chartered Accountants formerly known as Ben Razon & Associates was established on the Central Coast in 1999, by Ben Razon. BGR Partners is a team of qualified accountants who assist with accounting, taxation and business management of our clients. All staff members attend regular training, ensuring that they are up to date with the changing legislation and regulations. 

Our Goal

Our mission is to provide technical accounting and taxation advice in simple terms. We strive to provide our clients with a personal and caring approach to each individual and business needs.

Ben Razon C.A
Principal

Ben's professional career commenced over thirty years ago, with experience in commerce and public practice, working both in Sydney and the Central Coast. 
Graduating from the Charles Sturt University with a Business Degree majoring in Accounting, Ben then continued his studies and completed the CA program including an Advanced Tax module to become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. 
He has devoted most of his career to providing advice to business owners focusing on tax effective structures, profit improvement strategies, with a special interest and expertise in company structuring, trusts and self-managed Superannuation funds.
With particular strengths in complex tax issues such as Capital Gains Tax and Fringe Benefits Tax. 
Having many years of experience dealing with all aspects of tax and accounting, Ben's ethics will ensure all his clients receive accounting excellence to improve and grow their business.


When Ben is not in the office, he enjoys time with his family and is an avid classic car enthusiast. 


Helen Wallace B.Bus- Senior Accountant / Senior Superannuation Specialist 
Helen has been working for BGR Partners since 2006. Helen specialises in the accounting, tax and compliance of self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF's) . Helen's is known for her extensive knowledge in this area and is a valued member of our team.

Tess Chapman-Mayne- Senior Accountant
Tess has worked for BGR Partners since 2009. Tess specialises in the area of accounting, tax and business services. Tess is known for her knowledge in this area, her fantastic rapport with clients and is a valued member of our team. 

Chelsea Carr - Intermediate Accountant
Chelsea has worked for BGR Partners since 2018. Chelsea is currently studying, completing her university degree. Chelsea specialises in the area of business services and is a valued member of our team. 

Penny Petersen - Administration Officer
Penny has worked for BGR Partners since 2008 and job shares the administration role in our firm. With many years of experience in office administration and customer service she is a great asset to the BGR Partners team. 

Terri Scott- External SMSF Auditor 
Terri is our external SMSF Specialist Auditor. Terri specialises in providing independent SMSF audit services for the trustees of self managed superannuation funds. Terri has provided us with her SMSF audit services since 2007.

Bookkeeping Services
We work with a number of external bookkeepers providing customised services to meet individual client needs, including a choice of the following accounting software providers such as MYOB, Intuit (QuickBooks), XERO, Reckon and Cash Flow Manager. 

Alternatively we will work with your existing bookkeepers and existing internal accounting software.
